All undergraduate students living on campus are required to participate in a meal plan. Students will make their meal plan selection when applying for housing or through the housing portal. First-year students may select the Valiant Unlimited or Valiant 19 meal plan. Returning and transfer students living on campus may select from the Valiant Unlimited, Valiant 19 or Valiant 15 meal plans. Click here to view resident meal plans. Commuter students may select a Mville Commuter Meal Plan through the housing portal.
Undergraduate students living on campus have until September 11, 2023 (fall semester) and until January 30, 2024 (spring semester) to select or change their meal plan for the semester.

Mville Commuters may select or renew their meal plan anytime throughout the year.
Meal swipes can be used at The Court at Benziger for all-you-care-to-eat dining. Valiant Unlimited meal plan holders enjoy unlimited meal swipes at The Court at Benziger all semester. Meal swipes on the Valiant 19 and Valiant 15 meal plans reset every Thursday. Students can view their swipe balance by logging in to their account on the housing portal.
If you deplete your weekly meals and want to eat in the dining hall, you may use your Bonus Dollars or Valiant Dollars to gain entry into the dining hall at the door price.

When you select your meal plan for the semester, think about how much you plan to eat on campus. You may choose to opt into a higher meal plan with the number of meals that work for you. Please note the deadline for resident students to make changes to their meal plan is Friday of the first full week of school.

We encourage all students to track their meal plan balance throughout the semester by viewing their account on the housing portal.
